Alexis Svolos
Alexis Svolos is the President of SVOLOS SARRIS S.A. and is an AUTh Surveying Engineer. He has 27 years of experience in the design and management of kitchen projects, and of the company. He has managed kitchen and buffet projects for the largest hotel chains in the country: Atlantica, Ikos Resorts, Sani, Robinson Club, Blue Lagoon, Mikri Polis and other projects in catering businesses, hospitals, etc. He has thorough knowledge of the F&B business, from food delivery to buffet organization.
Stefanos Bonanos
Stefanos Bonanos is an economist. He has 40 years of experience in the design of kitchens and laundries, as well as in project management. He has managed the largest kitchen project in Greece in Costa Navarino, as well as the installation of large washing machine systems with tunnel washers and conventional machines. He has a thorough knowledge of the entire spectrum of cuisine and laundry.
Dimitris Sarris
Dimitris Sarris is the Vice President of SVOLOS SARRIS S.A. and a NTUA Chemical Engineer. He specializes in the organization and management of the factory in the Industrial Zone of Aspropyrgos, Attica. He manages the factory staff and is in charge of production planning. He has 20 years of experience in the design and manufacture of stainless steel constructions, the static and durability of structures, the correct choice of raw materials and the final quality control.
